Professional dismantling follows a reverse-installation sequence. All utilities must be isolated with proper lockout-tagout procedures, process vessels drained and cleaned, preservation coatings applied to machined surfaces, and all connections documented with photos and labeling systems.
For cross-border relocations, logistics become exponentially more complex. Heavy equipment typically ships via flat-rack or open-top containers, customs clearance requires proper documentation for used machinery, and specialized heavy haulage vehicles are needed for equipment over 5 tons.
