What to Include in an International Equipment RFQ
Use this RFQ checklist to receive a more useful quotation for used industrial equipment and international delivery.
Describe the equipment you need
Include equipment type, desired capacity, material contact requirements, preferred condition and any critical process limits such as pressure, temperature or viscosity.
Share your delivery information
Tell us the destination country or port, preferred delivery terms and timing. Dimensions and weight affect the loading method and shipping cost, especially for large tanks and process lines.
Ask the right questions
Request current photos, nameplate information, included accessories and known condition notes. This gives you a better basis for comparing used equipment options.
